Both tubewells broken in Odisha adivasi village, Please call officers to help...

Dilip Behera is calling from Hansaguda village of Kutabeda Panchayat, Korkonda block, Malkangiri district in Odisha and talking to an adivasi Ramchandra Muduli. He says they’re living in the village for more than 60 years but have no drinking water facility. 2 tube wells were installed by Govt but they are broken from a long times.
