Arthritis: Add small & big Peepar (Piper longam) 25 each, 50 gms Asgangh or Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) to 1 Kg wheat flour & Aloe vera pulp. Mix all together to make hard dough. Afterwards light roast 100 gms each pieces of Cashew, Walnut, Almond, Raisins (Dried grapes) & Pistachios in 250 ml Ghee. Thereafter adding prepared dough and 1 kg old Jaggery make lemon sized balls (Laddu) of 60 gms. Taking 1 Laddu empty stomach twice a day with 250 ml milk for 21 days is beneficial.Swasthya Swara@8602008999
