Adivasis making rounds of officers for ration cards with no success, Pls help...

Bhajan Bhalavi is calling from block office of Dhanora in Seoni district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to adivasis from Chargavan villager of Noniya Panchayat. They say they don’t have ration cards for subsidized grain and have visited the block office more than half a dozen times so far which is far from their village but no success so far.
