Govt laid pipeline 2 years ago but no water supply from 9 months, Pls help...

Alok Shukla is calling from ward no. 9 of Sunder Nagar mohalla in Hujur tehsil, Rewa district in MP and says water pipeline was installed 2 years ago by Public Health and Engineering dept there but there is no water supply from 9 months. Rs 2000 was charged from the 40 families living here during the installation. They are fetching water from 3 kms using bicycles and demand regular supply.
