Madkam Nanda is calling from Kotturu village of Chintur Mandal, East Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh and says in his Gondi language that there is no electricity to their Adivasi village of 30 families. They were displaced from Chhattisgarh 15 years ago and got settled here.Darkness has caused them many accidents with wild animals and they suffer everyday.
