Public distribution system seller charges more than prescribed Govt rate here...

Chandmani Shandil is calling from Badgaon Basti village in Gurundiya Panchayat of Sundergarh district Odisha where villagers tell her that they are not getting food-grains at Govt rate from the past two years . Govt has decided Rs 14 for Kerosene and Rs 7 for wheat but society operator takes Rs 20 and 10 on these items. They have complained to B.D.O and Sarapanch but no one listens .
