Borewell in adivasi boys hostel is broken from 10 years, complaint don't work...

Gokaran Verma is calling from Bhanupratappur in Kanker district in Chhattisgarh and talking to students there who live in hostel. They say bore there is broken from 10 years and since then there is heavy water scarcity. Every day they need to wait for long hours for bathing, cooking, washing and they reach late to college.
