Ritu Painkra is calling from Kothapara village of Katkalo Panchayat, Sarguja district in Chhattisgarh and says Indira Awas installments are not released to many till now in this village. Rs 32000 were paid as 1st installment in March but 2nd installment is still due. Local officials don’t help despite repeated appeals.
