JM Rangeela is calling from Manpur village of Penk Panchayat, Nawadih block, Bokaro district in Jharkand where villagers tell him that 25 Santhal Adivasi families live here but don’t have any road, health center and water facility from Govt. They fetch dirty water from river more than 1 km away.
