Chandmani Shandil is calling from Navatola under Ergeda village of Sundergarh district Odisha and talking to Shanti Shandil who tells her that an anaganvadi( child nutrition and health) centre was sanctioned 7 year ago. Officers had had visited the place but no progress was made. Then villagers were recorded a message on cgnetswara and after 15 days officers have measured of the place and work has begun.
