Dilip Behera is visiting adivasi village Goud-Shiriguda under Hadiguda panchayat, Kashipur Block in Rayagada district in Odisha and talking to Padmalochan Jhodia who tells him that, there is no anganwadi and primary school in his village and their children need to walk 4 kms to go to school.
