Dilip Behera visiting Barigaon village Lakhmipur block Koraput District Odisha and talking to Samru an adivasi who tells him in his Kui language that some time ago a survey was done by administration in that area for dam but it has not started till date. Villagers are facing lot of difficulties to Irrigate 1500 acres land. They have complained to collector many times but no response.
