We have one handpump in our adivasi village which doesn't work, Pls help...

Shajahan is visiting Kudiyam Kumpu village in Ganganamatta panchayat of Chinturu Mandal, East Godhavari district in Andhra Pradesh and talking to Soem Dulaiah who says in his adivasi Gondi language that there is no drinking water facility in their village.
