Education Officer demanding bribe to regularize rural school...

Dudhiram Jaiswal from Janjgir-Champa district of Chhattisgarh says I am reporting from District Officers chamber who is demanding bribe for regularization of a private school we run. All the formalities and inspection for the school has been done. He says instead of this harassment government should be encouraging unemployed youth to start similar schools in rural areas, who want to give their services to the field of education.
