Gokaran Verma traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra(tour) has reached Ghugri Raiyat village of Dhanora tehsil, Seoni district in MP and talking to Bablu Markam a mason who tells him that he had built 16 toilets under Panchayat one and half years ago.
