JM Rangila is calling from Manjhali Tand mohalla under Udda village of Siyari Panchayat, Gomiya block, Bokaro district in Jharkhand and talking to Santhal adivasis who say 45 of them got Rs 24,000 each for Indira Awas Yojna homes in 2012-13 but each of them had to give Rs 10,000 bribe to local officials so they could not also complete their houses.
