Gokaran Verma traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra(tour) has reached Jhingara Tola in Majhagaon village in Mawai Bazar of Bichhiya Tehsil, Mandla district in MP and villagers tell him that there is no electricity in their village.
