Adivasi woman blind from birth but not getting disability pension, please help...

Bhajan Bhalavi is visiting Ghugri Raiyat village in Ghugrimaal pancayat of Dhanora block, Seoni district in MP where he is talking to adivasi blind women Shyamabai d/o Nandram Gond who is blind since birth but not getting Govt handicapped pension.
