Dillip Behera from Mahulput village in Korkonda block, dist Malkangiri, Odisha is talking to Ghenu Muduli, who is telling in his desia languge that on 22nd sept he has recorded a message regarding non availability of subsidized fertilizer. After airing of message within a week they got the fertilizer. He is thanking all the listeners and the friends of CGnet who put pressure on the Dist Administration for this cause.
