Chandmani Sandil is calling from Jangra village, Ugda panchayat under Bonai block, Sundergarh district, Odisha where villagers tell her that they didn’t have electricity in their part of village and were struggling for the same from 7 years but there was no success. On 18th Sept when they recorded a message in CGnet Swara electricity dept visited them after 5 days and connected their houses with electricity.
