We've poles, wires, transformer from 2 years but no electricity, says villagers...

Naresh Bunkar is visiting Bahpani village on the hill in Kandawani panchayat under Pandariya block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh where he is talking to villagers who tell him that 336 people of 45 Baiga adivasi families live in the village. An electric pole was erected 2 years ago, wires were pulled a year back but still there is no electricity here.
