Adivasis not getting subsidized fertilizer, Protests don't help, Pls call officer...

Dillip Behera is visiting Mahulput village in Tarlakota panchayat in Korukonda Block of Malkangiri district in Odisha and talking to a an adivasi villager Ghunu Muduli who tells him that they are not getting subsidized Urea and other fertilizers for their crops in time.
