We have only one hand pump in village,fetch dirty water from river, pls help...

Ankit Padwar traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism awareness Yatra (tour) has reached Udankela village in Mainpat tehsil of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh where women are telling that they have only one hand pump in village and they need to fetch water from river in summer which takes more than half an hour.
