Ankit Padwar traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism awreness yatra(tour) has reached Behrakhar in Kotagahan panchayat, Rajpur tehsil of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh where vilagers tell him that there are two hand pumps for 12 tribal families but one is broken and other is far away from village.
