Allegation of corruption in ASHA health workers program

Saroj Paraste from Kundam block of Jabalpur district in Madhya Pradesh alleges that people had to pay money to get appointments of ASHA community health workers. She also alleges that ASHA sisters are forced to pay half the amount for delivery and other health related work to officials. She says sisters are not able to complain in fear of loosing their work.
