Village of 250 have no electricity, children can't study at night, Pls call officer...

Ankit Padwar traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Tour has met with villagers from Badhaura village Panchayat Chindradadar, bodla block in Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh where he finds these 250 people live in dark and have no electricity.
