Ankit Padwar traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Tour is talking to villagers from Andharikachhar village in Pandariya block of Kabiradham district in Chhatisgarh who are telling him that theres is a village of more than 100 people where there is no facility of drinking water, all three hand pumps are broken .
