NREGA workers roaming with cheques, Postmaster says there's no money...

Naresh Bunkar is travelling with CGnet Citizen Journalism Awareness tour which has reached Polmi village in Pandariya block, Kabirdham district, Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who say people from 3 villages have not received their MNREGA payments though each house is running pillar to post with cheques of Rs 20-30,000.Postmaster says they have not received money from above.
