Santosh ram Rathore from village guari, Jatehari Tahsil, Anuppur district, MP and saying that he had applied RTI to village Secretary. He Not responded. Santoshram complained to Block CEO. CEO ordered to Secretary but secretary not responded either. Secretary@ 9754869880.
