Karan Singh is calling from Panchayat Gopipur, Tehsil Bagli; District Dewas of MP to tell that he got a house sanctioned under CM Avas Yojna and got Rs.22,500 in 2012. He took loan and constructed his house. He has met officials for remaining payment but nobody responds. People who gave him loan are harassing.
