Sunil Kumar is talking to teachers in a primary school in Satbhuj 2 area in Muzaffarpur town in Bihar state where they have only one class room for all the five classes of 130 students. Teachers say they want to have separate rooms for each class to give more attention to students. They would also like a separate place for eating mid-day meal.
