Village of 50 houses have no source of drinking water, Please call officers...

Rabishankar Pradhan is visiting Sountmunda village in Sikhakheda panchayat of Bolangir district in Odisha where village women are telling him that they have 50 houses but no source of water. When they go to nearby villages they refuse to allow them to get water from wells there. They are drinking dirty water from streams few kilometers away. They have requested officials, no one helps.
