Rourkela steel plant gave us toilet, no water, no job, hospital, says displaced...

Rabi Pradhan is visiting Dumerjod village in Kunwarmunda block of Sundargarh district Odisha. This is an ideal village of Rourkela Steel plant where people displaced by Mandira dam are rehabilitated. He speaks to Dilip Toppo who says in Nagpuri language that RSP has given them toilet but there is hardly any water. Niether for drinking nor cultivation.They were promised jobs and hospital.
