Village official asking bribe of Rs 3,000 for widow pension, Pls call officers...

Baiju Prajapati is calling from Salgi village post Jabra in Simaria block of Chatra district in Jharkhand. He says 28 widows had applied for widow pension in 2011 in his village but none of them have got the same. Village secretary is demanding Rs 3000 each for including their names in the list.
