25 of us worked for Govt for 3 weeks 6 months back, no payment, Pls help...

Amar Maravi is visiting Indravan village of Bichhiya block, Mandla district, Madhya Pradesh where he meets Chandra Kumar who says 25 villagers have worked for govt for 2-3 weeks, but payment has not made from 6 months.
