Pavan Pandey traveling with Citizen Journalism Awareness tour has reached Lalati village in Surguja district in Chhattisgarh. He talks to villagers after their cultural show where they tell villagers how to use mobile phone to tell their stories to world. They tell him that more than 50 of them worked in NREGA in March and are yet to be paid. 126 have applied for forest rights act, only 27 have been examined. No one got any land deeds. Pls help.
