Dilip Behera is visiting village Kaliamuda post Tarlakota block Korkonda in Malkangiri district in Odisha and talks to adivasi woman Sarpanch there who is telling him in her Kondh language that there are 100 families in her village but after repeated requests to BDO and collector she has got only one hand pump.
