All of us are poor but many don't have BPL cards, No community forest right...

Raju Rana is visiting Bari village in Chandwa block of Latehar district in Jharkhand. When he talks to people they say they are all poor but many do not have Below Poverty Line cards. Some had name included in last BPL list. They have complained to officers but nothing moves. They have also applied for community forest right under Forest Rights Act but has not heard anything back. Many are not getting old age pension. Writing to officials don’t help. Raju@7739123070
