Dhan Singh Parte is calling from Naigawan Raiyat village panchayat Nandara block Mawai district Mandla in Madhya Pradesh to say that there are around 80 adivasi families live in their village but they don’t have electricity. They need to go to nearby villages to charge their mobile phone who charge them Rs 10 to 15 each time.
