Who paid bribe have got land under Forest Rights Act but not us, Pls help us...

Rabi Pradhan is visiting Tarlakota village in Malkangiri district in Odisha where lots of adivasis from nearby villages have assembled. Nanda Pangi from Ralegeda village of Kudmulgumma block says they have applied for land deeds under Forest Rights Act but have not got it yet. People who have bribed have got land deeds.
