It is 0630 pm, delivery patient has come from 20 kms, No doctor in hospital...

Dilip Behera is visiting Govt hospital in Bukramuda village in Bargarh district in Odisha and finds a worried Mr Haldhar who tells him that he has come from 20 kms with a delivery patient. It is 6.30 in the evening and there is no doctor in the hospital. He is not sure what to do next or where to go for help. He requests us to call Medical officer at 9437417989 to improve the situation of the hospital where similar patients are suffering everyday. Dilip@9937789593
