NREGA : Lucky ones get less wages, rest unpaid after 18 months

Prakash Gupta in Bilaspur village of Batauli block of Surguja district is interviewing two laborers who have got wages of Rs 70 per day after working in NREGA when the wage rate was Rs 100 at that time which has now gone up.
