Only one hand pump for entire dalit colony, people wait 2-3 hours to fill water...

Jagdish Ji is visiting Dalit colony in Dabhaura town in Rewa Madhya Pradesh and finds people waiting for drinking water for 2-3 hours on a single hand pump. He talks to people filling water who tell him that the only hand pump is also broken and it takes more than an hour to start flow of water.
