Our village school was sanctioned in 2002, building not completed in 12 yrs...

My name is Anusuya. I am calling from Chitarpur village in Lundra block of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh. A primary and middle school was sanctioned in our village in 2002. It is more than 12 years but the school building is yet to be completed and children are forced to go to another school. We have complained to all authorities but no result.
