Sanjay Sharma from Ambikapur in Surguja district of Chhattisgarh says when Pitbasu Bhoi who got his NREGA payment a year after (and after the death of his ) went to apply for compensation for late paymnet according to NREGA laws his application was not accepted by authorities. He says before people from the same village Pampapur applied for compensation when they did not get work 15 days after the application as per NREGA law, but that application was also not accepted.
