Dhan Singh Parte is calling from village Naigawan Raiyat in Panchayat Nandram block Mawai in Mandla district in MP. He says our adivasi village does not have road, electricity or water. It is difficult to use even bicycles in rainy season. They have requested the officials many times but they say there is no money and they cant help.
