We have a village hospital but never there is a doctor, Complaints dont help...

Dilip Behera is visiting village Bukramuda post Badikata thana Jhadban in Bargarh district in Odisha where he talks to a villager Manoj Barik who tells him that they have a govt hospital in the area but hardly there are any doctors there. Many depend on the hospital but gets no service. They have done many agitations in the past but things have not improved.
