Soak 60~70 gms wheat overnight in water. In morning grind this soaked wheat with 30 gms Poppy seeds & 30 gms dried Coriander seeds and boil this preparation in half liter milk. Take this condensed milk regularly for 2 weeks. Rub Nutmeg on any clean rough surface using little water until paste is formed & fry this paste using in Sesame oil.Taking spoonful Ginger juice with half spoon Honey thrice a day is also effective in lower joint pain.
