JM Rangeela is visiting Birhor villages in Siari panchayat of Gomia block in Bokaro district in Jharkhand. He speaks to Mrs Marandi a Santhali cook of mid-day meal there who tell him that there are no roads, electricity and health facilities in these villages. They drink dirty water and when fall ill then sick need to carried on cots. They live in forest but none of them have got land deeds under Forest Rights Act.
