Vijendra Singh Rathor from Bhartiya Kisan Union in Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh is talking to a farmer Kailash Rathor from Chotal village in Jaitahari block who says that Moser Baer company who is building a power plant has dumped concrete and sand on his land from 2 years and he is not able to farm.
